By purchasing from RarePet, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.
1. Orders and Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing/description errors.
Quantities may be limited per person, household, or account.
An order confirmation email will be sent once accepted and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and may change without notice.
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, once state sales tax thresholds have been exceeded.
You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the full order total at checkout.
3. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Processing time: typically 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery (U.S.): 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay a $5 reshipment fee for the order to be resent.
Title and Risk of Loss: Title to, and risk of loss for, the Products shall pass to the Customer at the point of initial shipment from the Seller’s facility, prior to entry into the United States. The Seller’s logistics providers, including any U.S.-based warehouses or fulfillment centers, act solely as independent agents for shipment and do not assume title or liability for the Products. This provision governs the transfer of ownership and risk, irrespective of the place of delivery to the Customer.
4. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee
4.1 Unopened/Unused Products
Eligible for return within 60 days of delivery.
Must be factory sealed, in original packaging, and include all accessories (manuals, charger, tips/heads, etc.).
Unauthorized or incomplete returns may be refused.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective upon arrival.
4.2 Opened/Used Products
For health and hygiene reasons, once opened or used, products cannot be resold or returned.
As such, no full refunds can be issued for opened items. Instead, customers may apply for the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee below.
4.3 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Results-Based)
Because results require consistent use over time, the guarantee is results-based.
Customers must submit:
Clear “before” photos of their pet’s teeth,
Clear “after” photos following consistent use,
Three short videos demonstrating product use,
The order number.
Our team reviews submissions within 5 business days. If approved, we will provide a partial refund, capped at a maximum of 50% of the purchase price. Incomplete or fraudulent submissions are not eligible.
4.4 Fraud and Abuse of Guarantee
RarePet reserves the right to deny any claim that appears suspicious or abusive, including but not limited to falsified photos/videos, inconsistent evidence, or product use outside of provided instructions.
4.5 Damaged or Defective Items
Customers must report issues with photos/videos and their order number.
Verified defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
5. Warranty
Products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of delivery.
The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or partial refund, at our discretion.
6. Product Use, Safety, and Disclaimers
Intended use: at-home pet dental hygiene only. Not a medical or veterinary device.
Use only on healthy teeth and gums. Do not use on pets with oral disease, infection, fractures, painful tartar, active bleeding, or post-surgery conditions.
If your pet experiences pain, bleeding, swelling, persistent bad breath, appetite loss, or adverse effects, stop use immediately and consult a licensed veterinarian.
FDA Notice: These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
By purchasing and using RarePet products, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that:
They accept full responsibility for proper use.
Any adverse reaction is presumed to be the result of a pre-existing condition, not caused by the product.
Veterinary consultation is required in such cases.
RarePet does not warrant or represent that all product information is error-free. All specifications, performance data, and information on the Website are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee identical results.
Results vary by pet and user. RarePet does not guarantee specific outcomes or benefits.
Disclaimers above apply except where prohibited by law.
7. Disputes, Refund Holds, and Chargebacks
If a customer opens a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, we cannot issue any refund while the dispute is pending, as the funds are frozen by the financial institution.
Governing law: State of Wyoming, venue Sheridan County.
Binding arbitration administered by AAA for any disputes. No class actions or class arbitration. Customers may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first purchase by emailing help@rarepet.co with their request.
8. Force Majeure
RarePet shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance, including shipping and delivery, due to causes beyond our reasonable control. These include but are not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or failures of carriers.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect at checkout applies to that order.
