Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the shipment. Please check both your inbox and your spam/junk folder.

- I received a damaged item. What should I do?
If you received a damaged item, please email us at help@rarepet.co with a clear photo of the product. We will promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.
- What’s your return policy?
We’re so confident in the effectiveness of RarePet that we want you to put it to the test for a full 60 days. If you don’t see noticeable improvements in your dog’s dental health, just email help@rarepet.co within 60 days of delivery. Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll issue a refund.
- What are the return conditions?
Hygiene is our top priority, so to ensure every kit remains safe and sanitary, returns must be requested within 60 days of delivery and the items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. If you’ve opened the kit and still wish to return, our team will work with you on a partial credit, just reach out and we’ll guide you through the simple steps.
- Which products does the 60‑day guarantee cover?
Every RarePet dental kit, tooth cleaner, and accessory is backed by our 60‑day, risk‑free guarantee, except toothpaste. Once opened, toothpaste can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
- What if my product stops working ?
For peace of mind, your product carries a 1‑year manufacturer warranty. If anything goes wrong, send us a brief video showing the issue and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge. Email help@rarepet.co or use our contact form, we’re here to help.
