- Why is descaling our dogs' teeth important?
Beyond the unpleasant odor of bad breath caused by pathogenic bacteria, tartar and plaque build-up can lead to health problems for your canine, such as gingivitis, infections and periodontal disease.



- What does the CANIDENT tooth cleaner kit contain ?
Our Canine Tooth cleaner Kit consists of a painless tooth cleaner, an electric toothbrush and a dental mirror.

It's a complete kit for maintaining your canine's oral hygiene healthily and at home.


- Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. The delivery time depends on the country and delivery method selected.



- How do I get my tracking number?
Packages are assigned a tracking number when they are shipped. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to check the status of the package.

- How often should I use the Canident KIT?
The electric toothbrush should be used daily.
The dental scaler should be used according to the amount of tartar and plaque your dog produces.

 

- I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the following email address Help@rarepet.co and we'll send you a new, similar product at our expense as quickly as possible.

 

- What is the return policy?

It's normal to be skeptical, which is why we have a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with the product, simply contact our customer service department at Help@rarepet.co and receive a 100% refund if all return conditions are met. All returns are handled in our local, hassle-free warehouse.

All our products are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase.


-What should I do if my product stops working during the warranty period?
Contact us via our contact form or email at Help@rarepet.co with details of the issue.


-What types of defects are covered?
The warranty covers issues such as the product stopping working, charging problems, and battery defects.



- What are the return conditions?

- Returns within 14 days
- For hygienic reasons, products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original sealed condition and box (plastic around the box intact).
- If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse returns.
