How does your subscription work?
By subscribing to RarePet, customers receive regular deliveries of their selected products at a discounted rate. Subscribers may also benefit from occasional free gifts and early access to new product releases.
Subscriptions are processed automatically based on the chosen delivery frequency. Orders are billed and shipped accordingly unless modified or cancelled in accordance with the terms below.
Payment Method Changes
To update your subscription payment method, please contact our customer support team via the contact form and specify your request.
Account Access and Subscription Management
Subscribers can manage their subscription by registering or logging into their account using the email address used during purchase. From the account dashboard, it is possible to:

Cancellation Policy
To cancel a subscription, please contact our customer support team at help@rarepet.co.
Important: Subscriptions are structured with a minimum three-month commitment, allowing sufficient time for product efficacy and access to subscriber benefits such as discounts and promotional offers. Early cancellations before the three-month period may result in forfeiture of such benefits.
